Order Information

Whipdizzy Handbag Co. makes every effort to provide outstanding customer service.  If there is a problem with your order, please let us know and we will do what we can, within reason, to fix it.


SHIPPING:

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail for Domestic Orders to the shipping address listed when you check out. A tracking number will be provided to you when your order is shipped.  International Orders must be placed via email so that we can get a shipping quote prior to sending you an invoice.  Any Taxes, Duty, Vat or Import Taxes charged on International Orders are the responsibility of the customer and prices do not include these charges. Whipdizzy Handbag Co.  has no control over International Tax/Duty Fees so please research this before placing an order.


RETURNS:

We accept returns and exchanges only upon approval from Whipdizzy Handbag Co.  If an order is wrong or arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt of the item.  Emails regarding returns can be sent to sales@whipdizzy.com.   We do not offer refunds for returned items but will gladly issue store credit for the original price of the item only.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.

We must receive the returned item within 10 days of issuing return authorization.  Any items received after that will be refused and will not be accepted as a return.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags still attached.  Please package  your return properly to avoid damage during shipping.  All shipping charges for returned items are to be paid for at the customers expense (with exception to items shipped incorrectly or received damaged from Whipdizzy Handbag Co.). Please make sure to insure your return and mark “Signature Required” for proof of delivery.
