FAQ

We are always happy to answer any questions but here are a few things that might be helpful:

How long will it take to receive my order?

Bags that are marked as “in stock” will ship within two business days.  In most cases, it happens quicker than that, but we are a small business and everything is packaged and labeled in house.  Custom and back ordered bags can take up to two weeks to ship during the year and up to four weeks during the holiday season, depending on our backlog of orders.

We prefer to ship by USPS priority mail so that tracking is available, which is normally two to three days in transit.  If you are in a big hurry, please let us know and we will do what we can to help.

How do you clean these bags?

Unless noted on the product page, the purses, bags, and accessories are made with industrial quality upholstery vinyl like you would see on a diner booth or classic car so they are made to be very durable.  If you do get something on the exterior of your bag, the manufacturer’s recommendation is dish soap & water with a soft cloth for most stains or with a soft bristle brush for heavier stains.

What is a “whipdizzy?”

Whipdizzy is the term that my grandma used to use when she couldn’t think of the word for something (or someone), like “thingamajig” or similar terms.  I have no idea where she got it and have never heard anyone else say it.  She also said, “Well, I’ll swanee!” as an expression of surprise like “I’ll be damned!”  No clue on that one either.

Why is there a University of Texas Longhorns bag and nothing for Texas A&M University?

We completely agree that Aggies need cute purses and bags too, but we have been unable so far to find the right color in the metalflake glitter vinyl.  If you’ve got a line on where to find some, please please please email us and we will be happy to make you one!

Can you put a logo on a bag for me?

It’s possible, but places like the NBA and NFL have fancy lawyers making sure we avoid copyright infringement so this is addressed on a case by case basis.  We are in the process of getting licensed for some colleges and sororities.  Please email us with your idea or request and we will see what we can do!
